How to Book
via the Magic Booking Portal
OUR FACE TO FACE HOLIDAY CLUBS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19 but your can sign up for our virtual holiday club before 6th April HERE
Through this portal you can book and pay for ad hoc days or full weeks as well as update your child's details.
Register for an account, add your children's details and then booking becomes quick and easy each time you want to come to a club.

Once you have created your account, you'll be able to use it every time you want to book. Creating an account for the first time takes around 15 - 20 minutes to update all your child's and your details, doctor's information, medical, allergy and SEN information and permissions.
You'll be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions and set your mail preferences. Please be sure to read the T&C's carefully for both Magic Booking and Nimble Arts Ltd as they contain very important information and are separate companies. If you wish to receive special offers, availability updates and voucher codes, please make sure you opt in to receive marketing emails.
Once you've clicked Submit Registration you'll receive a registration complete message. You MUST validate your account from this email otherwise you won't be able to book. Make sure you check your SPAM folder as emails often end up there.
If you already have a Magic Booking account with us just login HERE
Click on "Book" and you will see the booking options currently open. If nothing appears, click on My Account then My Centres and make sure Goodrich Primary is selected.
When you click on the link in the validation email it will activate your account and take you to the login page where you can login with your email and the password you chose. You will then need to input all your children's information including medical, allergy, SEN, who can collect, doctors details and emergency contacts.
Click on Add Child to input this information for your first child.
Use the tabs across the top of the page to add all your child's details: You must include under collectors anyone including friends and family who might collect your child - we use this information on the electronic register when we sign your child out and if the person collecting is not on the list we will have to contact you before letting them go home with that person. You must also have TWO emergency contacts with different phone numbers.
